Shipping Rates

cpapman.com provides one of the most affordable shipping rates for domestic and international CPAP users.

For customers within the contiguous 48 states of the USA, all orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99. Orders over $99 (including) will have free shipping. We usually use UPS ground or US Postal Service (USPS) Priority for flat rate or free shipping carrier. Orders that ship to a PO Box will not be qualified for flat rate shipping.

Domestic users also have expedited shipping option during checkout, including UPS Overnight, UPS 2 days, UPS 3 days. Customers are responsible for expedited shipping cost.

International customers will have options to choose US Postal Service (USPS), EMS (Express Mail Service) and UPS. The shipping cost will be shown before you complete order. Typically a mask shipping to international addresses costs $30-40 USD; and a CPAP machine shipping costs $50-80 USD.

ResMed/Philips Respironics/Fisher & Paykel products are for sale only to patients in the United States and not to other third parties and businesses.

Delivery Time

We are based on the west coast of the United States and our standard delivery time is 3-8 business days through UPS or USPS ground shipping. If you need your order delivered more quickly, we also offer UPS Express shipping options, including overnight, 2-day air, and 3-day express. Please note that while we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors outside of our control, such as COVID-19 or severe weather conditions.

Delivery times to international addresses vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. For more information about international shipping times, please refer to the USPS website at www.usps.com. Please be aware that Customs delays can occur and are beyond our control. While we offer expedited shipping options, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time due to potential Customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tax and Duty

cpapman.com does not charge sales tax except for orders with shipping addresses to Washington State, USA.

International customers are responsible for import duty and/or taxes, if applicable. Please consult local Customs for duty/tax rates before placing the order.
